Five groomers, two bathers, and two receptionists. Most of us have been here for years.

Booking
How do I book an appointment?
Booking is by phone only. Call (248) 363-8344and we'll find a good time. We don't offer online booking.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Just give us a call at (248) 363-8344. A day's notice is appreciated so we can offer the slot to another pet.
Do you take walk-ins?
No walk-ins for grooming appointments. Walk-ins are welcome for nail trims and small services before 2 PM. No appointment needed.
Services
What do you offer for dogs?
Full groom and haircut, bath & brush, shave down, de-shedding, nail trim, ear cleaning, plus add-ons like tooth brushing, hair coloring, and specialty treatments.
Do you groom cats?
Yes, cats are welcome. We do bath and brush, lion trims, full shave, sanitary trim, and nail trims.
Do you handle birds?
Yes. Feather and nail trimming for birds.

Pricing (rough starting points)
Why don't you list firm prices?
Coat condition, size, and behavior all affect the work, so we really need to see the pet before quoting. The numbers below are ballparks to set expectations.
Roughly, what do dog grooms cost?
- • Basic groom: starts around $65+ (depends on size & breed)
- • Short-haired dogs: may start around $40+
- • Longer-haired similar dogs: may start around $60+
- • Larger / more coated breeds (goldens, retrievers, etc.): typically $70 and up, sometimes $70–$100+
- • Doodles and doodle mixes: vary widely, roughly $65 to $200+ depending on size and coat condition
Roughly, what do cat services cost?
- • Short-haired bath & brush: starts at $70
- • Long-haired services: start at $80+
- • Cat shave (no bath): starts at $100
- • Cat shave with bath: starts at $120+
- • Lion trims: yes, we do them
How much is a nail trim?
$20. Walk-ins welcome before 2 PM, no appointment needed. Nail trims are separate from booked grooming.
What's included in a groom?
A regular groom usually includes the basics: bath, brush, nail trim, and ear cleaning.
What about matting, fleas, skunk, or special conditions?
